  I had a great experience today in Windsor specifically with an associate named Kimberly amazing customer service.She helped my sister find her birthday outfit took her around the store to show different dresses and Kimberly gave her advice on what to do and took everything my sister wanted and made it come to life and my sister completely loved it. Definitely going to be coming back and asking for Kimberly she ordered us a dress helped us through the process and even when trying on the dresses she kept checking up on us honestly best costumer service I have seen in such a long time 10/10 experience with Kimberly

  Kimberly was so helpful and informative! She let us know we could have the dress that I wanted for a wedding I’m attending, delivered so it would be fresh from the warehouse! I can’t wait to get my dress:) Thank you Kimberly!!!

  I am a brand new customer to Windsor, and this was my second time shopping there on my own (the first time I came with friends). I was helped by Sophia, and she truly made my experience amazing. She is an exceptional worker who took the time to help me with all of my needs. Sophia gave great suggestions on what would look nice on me, and even when I picked out items I already liked, she encouraged me to try them on and made me feel confident in my choices. She was patient, kind, and very attentive throughout my visit. Because of her, my shopping experience was enjoyable and stress-free. Sophia is a huge asset to the Windsor store at Roosevelt Field Mall, and I will definitely be coming back.
