- CLCamille Lalak4 days ago4.0Went to Macy’s to pick up my ring which was sent in for repair. I was not satisfied with the outcome. The stone was small, dull and out of lined with the other stones. Not happy.

- KYKim Bella Young6 days ago4.0This mall is absolutely beautiful 😍 but I can't lie my only issue is the parking lot. It was was jammed packed! I literally drove around like 5 or 6 times in circles before I found a spot and it was far off from where I needed to be 🙃

Feels upscale and fun to shop. Only downside: parking is a mess on busy days—long lines, circling forever. Avoid weekends if you can. Still, 4 stars—solid mall worth the drive from Newark!

However, the overall experience can be frustrating because of the behavior of some people who shop there. I’ve noticed customers being rude and mistreating employees, which is disappointing to see. There also seem to be frequent issues with groups of teens causing trouble, including fights and disruptive behavior. On top of that, some people harass others by pulling pranks, which makes the environment feel uncomfortable at times. The stores are great, but the atmosphere could definitely improve if there were better crowd control and more respect for both workers and shoppers.
