  I finally got a pair of Ray Ban Meta glasses in August for my birthday, for some reason, shortly afterward they stopped working, I contacted the warranty department to see where I can bring them to get them fixed and they told me that my warranty has expired.....IN ONE MONTH....I responded in shock and repeatedly asked how can this be? The product is ONE MONTH OLD; Frustrated and after spending $1,000 ON THE FRAMES AND LENSES, I simply capitulated to buy a new pair; The parent company of Ray Ban gave me a $100 voucher only to be used in LENS CRAFTER. On my way to purchase a new pair of the Meta Ray Ban, I stopped by the corporate headquarters located in Long Island, (12 Harbor Park Dr, Port Washington, NY) and I asked for the compliance department; I was told by the security personal who was extremely polite and very professional that they do not handle warranty claims there and I should go to the local retailer. I then went to Ray Ban located in the Roosevelt Mall. The staff there tried relentlessly to help me, all to no avail. They were very apologetic, but they could not fix the glasses. He then informed me to go to LENS CRAFTER downstairs to execute the voucher that Ray Ban sent me. When I got to LEN'S CRAFTER, I immediately informed them that I was there to purchase the Ray Ban Meta glasses, the counter person said they have them in stock and which color do I prefer. After mentioning that Ray Ban gave me a voucher for $100, and I will pay the rest in cash as the correspondence states, the counter person immediately changed his mind and said that I can not buy them with "RAY-BAN'S" voucher "IN STORE" and that I have to order them online.....HOWEVER, THE LETTER CLEARY STATES TO GO INTO A STORE AND MAKE THE PURCHASE......BUYER BEWARE, AND IF POSSIBLE GET AN ADDITIONAL WARRANTY ON YOUR RAY-BAN GLASSES, THEY WILL FIGHT YOU TOOTH AND NAIL NOT TO FIX YOUR VERY EXPENSIVE GLASSES......

  "I’m a Ray-Banner — meaning I like to stay up to date with all the latest Ray-Bans, lol. I really enjoyed my experience at this location. The staff was wonderful, helpful, and made the visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back

  Aldrich was the best. Spot on... Helped my daughter who is blind get her meta glasses... His customer service was the best and we will definitely be doing business with him again.
