I thought they are professional in alterations and i took my dress in this particular location and gave 1 week to finish and got a call saying they couldn't finish. I said its okay and take another one week thinking if i give enough time they might do good job. But it turns out to be the most disappointment. I paid 127 dollars to cut my dress and make it short to my size. They cut it but sewing part was not done properly. And the other thing was to open little more on the thigh because that dress was for little taller people than me but they did not even touch it and sent me the dress as it was. So, my question for the management is that why did you charged me127 dollars where the dress itself cost me almost the same price as sewing?? And i bought the dress from the Nordstorm as well?? Very disappointed and i will not recommend any one to go there for alteration. save your money and go some other tailor shops where they pay you more attention at cheaper price with quality work done.

She was told at pick up they wouldn’t fulfill order. I called store spoke to a manger Tracy. She took my information and order number and within 30min full filled the order and called me back and said they’re waiting for me to be picked up. Amazing customer service!!! Now I know why Tracy is a manager. Huge props Tracy and thank you so much. My daughter will be so beyond happy for Christmas
