However, recently, I have encountered some disappointing customer service experiences at Nordstrom. The first incident occurred in the shoe department, where a manager named Ruben was quite impolite when I inquired about my online order. He insisted that I go upstairs to retrieve it, even though I was unsure of its location. His demeanor was far from courteous and lacked professionalism. As a frequent shopper of high-end shoes at Nordstrom, I believe I deserve better treatment. The second incident took place this morning at the Nordstrom Café, where an employee named Josh had a sarcastic tone. When my card declined due to using an old one on Apple Pay, he loudly remarked on it in a condescending manner. Perhaps he had been engaging with another customer for too long, but his lack of politeness was evident. Despite my urgency to return to work, I felt the need to insist on being served properly. While I enjoy spending my money at Nordstrom Café and the shoe department, I expect to be treated with respect, professionalism, and courtesy as a customer. My intention is not to cause trouble, but I cannot continue shopping at Nordstrom if this kind of treatment persists. Regrettably, I may have to cease my visits to Nordstrom. I hope this message reaches the attention of the managers and regional managers at Nordstrom Roosevelt Field mall.
