    Absolute negative STAR. Now why the HELL do we have a pickup in store option when we have to WAIT ON LINE??? The line is 40 minutes!! The whole reason for a pickup in store is a seperate line. Get it together what a mess. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

    Cashier up front named SUSAN had a disgusting attitude. I walked up to her register once she was done with the previous customer, she stared at me and said “yes?” With an attitude I said “I’m here to pick up an order” she said “no get on line”. I told her I was on line, I came up since the customer you were with left. She said she wasn’t ready for me yet, to wait. I said “okay do your thing”. She scanned my barcode for my pickup and I did not bring my wallet from the car because on the pickup email it says “be prepared to scan barcode as proof of ID” only need your ID if unable to scan barcode. I tell her I do not have it on me and to have to go back in like would not make any sense as I had already been waiting for 25 mins plus in line. She ignored me and spoked over me saying “I’m not asking you, I am telling you” I tell her the email says… etc and she says no I wanna see your ID. I had to take out my credit card info on my phone and show that. As I walked away she yelled “next”… “next!!” At the customers. Very disgusting attitude and very unprofessional.

    If you are ordering online, don't pick up from this store. There is no separate line for online pick up. I waited an hour to finally get my orders. Folks at the register taking their sweet time getting my item. Had to stop to ask/chat with another register. Worst experience picking up.

    Very disappointing experience. I came in just to return an item, but there is no separate line for returns—returns and checkout are handled together, which makes no sense when there’s a long line. There is a separate pickup line, but there are no signs at all, so customers are left confused. When I politely asked if my return could be handled more efficiently, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. She accused me of just choosing the shortest line, even though there was no signage indicating different lines or their purposes. Instead of helping, she was dismissive and had a terrible attitude. Poor organization and even worse customer service. I would not recommend shopping at this location.

    I’m a frequent at Nordstrom Rack (not this location) and love the brands & their great prices. However, this store 529 is the worst I’ve ever been to. I came in for a simple gift card and ended up waiting in line for 50 minutes, maybe even an hour.. for a GIFT CARD !!! I should have turned around and immediately walked out (now knowing I could’ve ordered one online) The line was so long it literally extended to the back end of the store. You could feel the frustration from all the customers, especially those who only came in for 1 or 2 things. The look of disbelief & unreal was worn on every patrons face. There had to be 100+ people waiting. As I crawled forward in line I could now tell there were only TWO cashiers up front handling 100+ customers. You could see they were overwhelmed and very, very understaffed. The woman who sold me my the gift card was actually very pleasant and I have no gripes with the customer service. The REAL problem has to be the management, or whoever is in charge of the front end. Having only two cashiers a WEEK before Christmas is complete insanity!! Now I give the benefit of the doubt there may have been callouts but no way more than half their cashiers bailed work on a Monday evening. I will never be back and suggest others to not go here ESPECIALLY during the holidays. You’ll be wasting your own time. I hope the store owner sees this and makes some serious changes to prevent this happening to others. Worst shopping experience ever -Bryan B. (customer)
