    This is the second time I cam to Nordstrom rack in Westbury and their bathrooms were closed. This time around I had sprained my ankle and was wearing a boot and it is more difficult to walk around. I asked the sales associate if they could make and exception and was told sorry, there is nothing I can do for you. Had to leave my family there shopping and limped away looking for a store that had a bathroom I can use. Not sure if it was just a coincidence that the bathrooms happen to be closed 2 times that I came here but I feel that the associate could have shown some empathy and allow me to use a bathroom. Will not shop here again.

    Holy shit. Do not order online and pick up here. Just have it delivered to your house. You have to stand in a 30-45 min line at 10:30am on a Thursday because there’s only one cashier

    There is no working bathroom at the Garden City location. Other shoppers were annoyed and said it’s always out of order.

    In an age when the industry is more client centered Nordstrom rack has done the opposite and this location also closed their bathrooms to their customers. It is cruel and unnecessary to withhold and make paying customers with medical needs and emergencies and hold themselves because they cannot provide the decency of a biological service. They are going backwards due to their hostility of paying customers and will lose business.

    I really like Nordstrom rack, but the only downside is that you have to visit the store often to find something good since they don't have always everything in stock Sometime I find very nice evening gown or nice dress,tops, and beautiful purses, The prices are reasonable, especially when they offer discounts
