  If you are interested in shopping Marc Jacobs at this location, I definitely recommend shopping with Jonathan! I walked in and was greeted warmly and genuinely. The conversation I had with him didn’t seem like he was forcing me to purchase but he was genuinely interested in just talking to me. He walked me through the store and was very knowledgable about the current collection, but he also took his time to show pieces from the new collection that weren’t on display yet. While I didn’t make a purchase because there was so many options to choose from and I wanted to take my time to make sure I was getting what I truly wanted, I will definitely be back to shop with him soon. We exchanged contact information and we connected on social media (his page is @marcbyjonathan on Instagram and TikTok) and he let me know that whenever I am ready to purchase that I can message him at any time and that he can even ship to me!

  Katrina is so sweet she helped my friend and I with our bags even went to the back to get us new ones to get our dogs painted on ♥️ I love the customer service she provides my dog passed away and she gave me ideas like having a halo painted on I love my new bag

  I had a wonderful shopping experience. I was very interested in a specific bag and manager Jonathan wilds did an exceptional job in helping me. Will be doing future purchases and highly recommend shopping at Marc Jacobs.

  Sold me the display shoe after I specifically asked for a brand new pair. The manager did try to resolve it by suggesting an exchange but with my time constraint it just wasn’t feasible. The two stars are for her efforts but their policy and selling me the display shoe at full price and not knowing if they could give me a price adjustment after I called to complain about is bad business so buyer beware. I waived checking them at the register because I trusted the manager’s representation but you’re better off buying his stuff at a department store if they even carry his shoes because of the latitude of customer service there. I like how Marc Jacobs presents himself on social media and I used to like Daisy but nope. Won’t be spending my coins on his products again.
