  If you are interested in shopping Marc Jacobs at this location, I definitely recommend shopping with Jonathan! I walked in and was greeted warmly and genuinely. The conversation I had with him didn’t seem like he was forcing me to purchase but he was genuinely interested in just talking to me. He walked me through the store and was very knowledgable about the current collection, but he also took his time to show pieces from the new collection that weren’t on display yet. While I didn’t make a purchase because there was so many options to choose from and I wanted to take my time to make sure I was getting what I truly wanted, I will definitely be back to shop with him soon. We exchanged contact information and we connected on social media (his page is @marcbyjonathan on Instagram and TikTok) and he let me know that whenever I am ready to purchase that I can message him at any time and that he can even ship to me!

  Katrina is so sweet she helped my friend and I with our bags even went to the back to get us new ones to get our dogs painted on ♥️ I love the customer service she provides my dog passed away and she gave me ideas like having a halo painted on I love my new bag

  I had a wonderful shopping experience. I was very interested in a specific bag and manager Jonathan wilds did an exceptional job in helping me. Will be doing future purchases and highly recommend shopping at Marc Jacobs.

  Went to participate in their "Bark" Jacobs event. Staff was friendly and helpful, the ease in shopping was great and I would definitely recommend stopping in, even if the event isn't taking place for some quality designer items
