Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- JSJazz Singh2 days ago4.0I visited the store this evening around 6:30 PM and wanted to highlight the exceptional service I received from a team member named RD. I passed by multiple associates who did not greet me or offer assistance, which was disappointing — especially when I directly asked the manager for help, and she did not acknowledge me. RD, however, went above and beyond. He approached me with genuine kindness, proactively assisted, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. His professionalism and positive energy truly transformed my experience and made me feel valued as a customer. RD demonstrated what excellent customer service looks like, and I hope the rest of the team — including leadership — can follow his example. Thank you, RD, for making my visit outstanding.

After my horrible experience there, I came to Lululemon to see if the fashion industry really was just made up of stuck up teenage girl retail workers. Fortunately, I was proven wrong. Every employee I met here today dazzled me. Alo please do better.

But it didn’t fit and the manager would not honor the exchange it was the same exact outfit just a different size and color. It was purchased literally a week ago. But thank you to our cashier he was helpful.I forgot his name but he was a handsome young black man with waves. It was his nasty manager. I will not ever return. We should have just asked for a refund.
