  I’m honestly really saddened that I even have to write this. I went into this store excited to treat myself to a pair of pants I’d been considering, and instead I left feeling uncomfortable, singled out, and unwelcome. I had been browsing quietly for about 10 minutes, just looking through sizes, when an associate suddenly approached me and asked if I needed help. I said no. She asked again. What made it hurt was that I hadn’t seen anyone else in the store be greeted or approached the entire time we were there — just me. As a Black woman, it’s hard not to notice when that happens, and it made me feel like I was being watched rather than helped. Shopping should feel enjoyable and safe, not tense or isolating. I ended up putting the pants back and walking out because the experience completely changed how I felt in that space. I’m sharing this not to attack anyone, but because I genuinely hope this location reflects on how customers are approached. No one should leave a store feeling the way I did.

  The line was very long at Checkout but it moved very quickly and the woman at the register took the time to help me place an online order for a product they did not have in store. Overall a pleasant experience.

  I visited the store this evening around 6:30 PM and wanted to highlight the exceptional service I received from a team member named RD. I passed by multiple associates who did not greet me or offer assistance, which was disappointing — especially when I directly asked the manager for help, and she did not acknowledge me. RD, however, went above and beyond. He approached me with genuine kindness, proactively assisted, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. His professionalism and positive energy truly transformed my experience and made me feel valued as a customer. RD demonstrated what excellent customer service looks like, and I hope the rest of the team — including leadership — can follow his example. Thank you, RD, for making my visit outstanding.

  An honest, refreshing step up from Alo in the same mall. After my horrible experience there, I came to Lululemon to see if the fashion industry really was just made up of stuck up teenage girl retail workers. Fortunately, I was proven wrong. Every employee I met here today dazzled me. Alo please do better.
