  I had such a wonderful experience at Gross while shopping for my wedding band. From the moment I walked in, Mimi was warm, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find something that felt perfect for me. She took the time to understand my style, my engagement ring, and my budget, and walked me through different options without any pressure. She explained the differences in metals, settings, and stones in a way that was super clear and helpful, and even made suggestions I never would’ve thought of on my own. I will definitely be a returning customer!

  I cannot say enough good about Cory and HL Gross. Cory helped me select an incredible engagement ring for my fiancée, taking the time to walk me through every detail and showing me all available options. His knowledge and patience truly made the experience exceptional, and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. He also went above and beyond to help me acquire a Rolex for our engagement shoot. I am truly grateful for how much Cory cared and how engaged he was throughout the entire purchasing process. His professionalism and genuine dedication made all the difference.

  I just purchased a new Tacori setting for my fifty-five year old diamond. About ten years ago, I saw an ad for a gorgeous Tacori engagement ring with a halo of diamonds around the center diamond. I said to myself…..someday. Well someday was this October when I celebrated my 80th birthday. So my husband and I went to HL Gross and we met Mimi! She was wonderful. Very personable and low-key. She showed me several different settings and I kept coming back to the one with the halo setting. I picked it up today and it is STUNNING!!!! Much more bling than I usually wear but I love it. I told my husband I feel like a princess! If u come to this jewelry store, ask for MIMI. You’ll have a great experience.

  Had first experience at H.L.Gross. Walked in with every intention to find a Watch for a major milestone in my life. Was introduced to Mimi and she was able to help me find the watch I’ve always wanted. Assuming the wait list would be a minimum year. To my utter surprise, she told me the Watch was available today! Never in my wildest imagination was I believing I’d be walking out with a same day watch purchase. She was so helpful with the process and made my day! Will definitely be returning for future purchases. Thank you!!
