  Krysi was the first person we met when we walked into the store. She offered help immediately and spent so much time with us to answer all of our questions. If you want personalized, knowledgeable service, this is the store and Krysi is the salesperson!

  Thank you so much Krysi! I had been searching for the Rolex Submariner "Sultan" for many months, when I came across an absolutely stunning example from HL Gross. This is my first Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watch - and it did not disappoint. Krysi was so very helpful. She sent me extra photos and even a short video "walk around" of the watch. The Rolex CPO program is top notch. When I received the watch it was as if it were brand new (the watch was originally sold in 2005). It had all the links and was FLAWLESS. I will be buying another Rolex CPO n the future. Thank you HL Gross, and thank you again Krysi!

  HL Gross is a high end jeweler without the high end pricing. I have been purchasing from them for decades. I was in the market for a engagement ring. I went to Gross to see my contact Bruce only to find out he recently retired. I was introduced to Mimi. What a pleasure. She explained everything to me and walked me through the process. I aleady picked out the Tacori setting I wanted and she helped me pick a diamond. The ring came out beautiful. There was a sizing issue that they handled without a hassel. Mimi was awesome. Gross is competitive in pricing with the diamond district and you get a real jeweler. Gross has and always will be my source.
