  I recently visited this store to get a bracelet for my mother and had a horrible experience with Faryal and Paulina. They made me feel VERY unwelcome and uncomfortable in the store I didn’t even end up purchasing anything because of the service I received. I will not be returning.

  I’ve come here several times to get gifts for people and some for myself, and each time Paulina has given some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I know with confidence I’ll always be in good hands with her and her staff!

  I came to the shop desperately looking for Christmas gifts. Harshran exceeded all my expectations and helped me find three gifts. She was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and met my every need. Faryal was also there to help offering me store location help and free snacks like candy canes and water. What a great Christmas shopping experience! I highly recommend them both🎄❤️

  I have recently shopped a few times at this Gorjana store. Paulina & Garnelle were exceptional & must I say the online customer service team has been so Amazing as well. They really helped me pick out the right jewelry for myself and my daughter. If you love dainty simple jewelry this is the place to go to! You will not regret it!!

  I had a great experience going into the store for the first time. Harshran one of the salespeople helped me so much when picking out Christmas gifts for my friends. She was lovely and super sweet, will definitely be shopping here again!
