Emmanuel's patience, compassion, & empathy is amazing! He worked with me while I demanded to try on at least 8 different pair of footwear today in 2 and 3 different sizes. He watched, patiently, while I walked around in shoes and boots to see what worked best given my painful situation. He asked me each time how I felt and if one pair was working better that the last. This is the type of employee/team member that you give raises and praises to, because you want him around a long time. Emmanuel is good for the customer and as such is good for your store and to represent Columbia. Thank you for hiring Emmanuel PS: I bought 1 pair today (only became dont have my car) and will come back for 3 more pair this week to take home in my car.
