He is newly hired and is one of the only sales associates I have interacted there who has not bullshitted me when I ask him certain questions about the watches on display. Everybody knows that Rolex gives you the run around when you need a direct answer so I appreciate his honesty. He consistently delivers top notch customer service that rises above his other coworkers and I believe he should be recognized as such.
