  Today me and my fiance visited the Rolex boutique and I must say it was a terrible experience. Upon entering no one greeted us, or offered to help. We asked one of the sales associates to show us a few options and he was extremely unprofessional and uninterested to help, pointed at a table with one option and said that’s all they had. As I walked to the front of the store there were plenty of more options. As Rolex owners this was very unpleasant, my previous experience at another shop was absolutely exceptional. I expected more from this location. Definitely won’t be looking to do business or recommend anyone to waste their time to be treated this way! Go somewhere else to purchase where your business will be appreciated!

  I’ve been shopping for watches here for a while and had the pleasure of working with Damon. He is one of the best professionals I’ve ever worked with in luxury retail. He took the time to get to know me and my taste. I’m very happy with my purchase and will be passing it down to one of my nephews one day. I cannot say enough about him and the entire team. I highly recommend them.

  I had a great experience purchasing a watch at Bucherer - Roosevelt Field Mall, thanks to Sonia, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. The store is professional, and has an excellent selection. I highly recommend Bucherer—especially if you have the chance to work with Sonia.

  I stopped by the Bucherer Rolex Roosevelt Field yesterday and was immediately greeted by Sofiya. I was there to select a watch for my 70th birthday that would be a gift from my wife and daughters. I have to say that she made it a great experience. She listened to my interest in the Datejust and provided options and knowledge of the watch. She checked every box needed to make it an outstanding experience. Now I have just the right watch and experience that will mark this milestone! Thanks Bucherer Rolex from the Kramer Family
