  Been there few times. The second time there this wonderful person helped me pick the right winter jacket and was a legit/ lovely experience. Sadly, didn't have the color i wanted and size. I ended up ordering it but decided that the color initially recommended was the best choice. First time ever, i returned the box and jacket at the store as it came to me. This young lady there, i had never seen just took the new jacket - through it at the back and demanded i should throw the ALO box at outside the roosvelt field mall. She insisted. I was about to help her then realized that i don't work for the garbage company pf roosvelt field nor ALO. Long story short, hope ladies like her coworkers give the right example and don't treat customers like that. The jacket was awesome btw 🥰

  High end brand with lots of options. Store is always busy with lots of staff to keep things moving and get questions answered. Changing rooms are always clean and neat.

  Wonderful experience, young lady that helped me was amazing. The cashier was so patient with me, she was extremely kind also.
