  I want to thank Janny Shea, at the Roosevelt Field Bucherer location for the excellent customer service she provided and for helping me purchase a new luxury watch to celebrate my retirement. My late mom did not get to see me retire last year. She had passed away before I retired. However, my mom had left me a small inheritance gift. I used that gift to purchase my retirement watch as a memento to her. Thank You Bucherer and Janny for making this possible. I am truly grateful. Sincerely, David P.

  This week is my 1st wedding anniversary and my wife and I were looking for something very special to celebrate it. There is a lot going on with our lives: we just moved to a new country (it has been 3 days now), we don’t know the people here, we don’t have any family with us, and still feeling it is hard for we leave it all back to where we came from and face this new reality. On top of that we still looking for what we are doing to our future. In the middle of so many changes, missing our beloved ones and having no friends yet, Sofiya Gruzdeva came up as an angel to us. She promptly welcomed and embraced us to a great experience! This is the first time we actually felt accepted in the new country. She just made it magical, nothing has been transactional, she felt it right on point, understood my needs and helped me out finding the piece I could only in my dreams be asking for. Smooth operation, safe, simple and straightforward, very consultive and even more importantly, meaningful to us, an unforgettable experience crowned by a memorable piece of artwork. I will keep this piece for the rest of my life, pass it over to my kids and never forget this day! My wife and I liked her so much that we are even considering having Sofiya as a name for our daughter! Haha I wanted to take this space to thank her for going above and beyond, she hit us in a way that I don’t think she could ever understand. We thank you for your kindness and support.
