  Disgusting management by Serita , I spend hundreds of dollars at primark every weekend as a pregnant housewife & was treated disgustingly when I explained to her I was being followed around the store by the cleaner & being checked by security , I am very well dressed I articulated myself very well and because she felt like “ I was not being followed” she didn’t feel responsible , people know when they are not only being followed by being swept around 4/5 times in every aisles , definitely need to reevaluate who’s running this store because I am sure a real thief walked right out of the store , they need to learn to implement. Policies safely and at distance and not make people feel uncomfortable just because they want too . & not only am I pregnant it is extremely offensive to spend a bunch of money while being watched . Do better

  Was with two kids on stroller, walked in to store on friends recommendation just so I can see what the toddler section looked like, went up the elevator and a lady stops me saying the store will close in 5 min, I say it’s ok I just want to see what the store is like. She pretty much blocks my way and threatens me that the gates will close and I won’t be able to get out all while smirking with her coworker. I say I’m just going to see what your store is like, but she keeps refusing to let me walk around. I’ve never seen a retail store do this while the store is still open…not sure if she wanted to make sure she went home on time but this is NOT how you treat your customers that’s already inside the store. Employee needs to be trained better or vetted better during hire.
