I had thrown out the receipt and thought I could just show them the transaction in my credit card. The cashier called the manager and the manager told me I can go up and find the right size then come back. When I returned the manager said I couldn’t do the exchange. I spent a lot of time looking for the right size only for the manager to say the I couldn’t exchange without the receipt.

My wife was racially profiled by a short, skinny Hispanic male cashier after she purchased $30 worth of clothing. He falsely accused her of stealing a $1 bag — a bag she did scan and pay for, but was not given a receipt. Instead of handling the situation respectfully, the cashier was rude, dismissive, and confrontational. When my wife asked them to check the cameras, he continued wasting her time and treating her with suspicion. Only after the manager reviewed the footage did it become clear: my wife paid for everything, including the bag. This wasn’t a misunderstanding — it was racial profiling. And it wasn’t the first time. On a previous visit with her sister, after spending over $500, they were forced to rescan every single item without explanation. This pattern is disgusting, humiliating, and discriminatory. I will never shop at any Primark again and will be telling everyone I know to do the same. Shame on this location for allowing this behavior to continue
