  Put in a last minute order that two other edible arrangements could not fulfill. This edible arrangements was able to! Awesome service, and everything was solid. Keep up the hard work!

  What store I've ever been to $10 minimum credit card purchase I've never heard that in the store of edible arrangements the worst I can see why they never have business people just constantly walk out because of that stupid $10 minimum credit edible arrangements you really need to change this that store is going to go out of business and $7 for a cupcake are you guys serious

  Some of the fruit was old and rotten! I will never ever use this location again. People need to stop patronizing businesses like this to send a message that their callous disregard for food quality and customer service will make them lose their business! I usually use the Edible Arrangements in Glen Oaks on Union Turnpike and they are pretty decent, but I needed the arrangement on Sunday and the Fresh Meadows location was the closest to me that was open. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews for this place first or else I would not have ordered from them and spent so much money. My chocolate covered pineapples were brown and mushy on the inside, which is unacceptable. They don't even give a courtesy call to let you know when your arrangement is ready. The Glen Oaks location always gives a courtesy call. The owners of this location only care about their bottom line - they have no regard for food quality, and even worse, people's health and safety. Serving spoiled items can make people sick. SHAME ON YOU! YOU ARE AN EMBARRASSMENT TO EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS AND YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR FRANCHISE REVOKED! If you read these reviews (2.8 out of 5) and you still order from them, then remember that you were warned if you end up with an arrangement full of rotten fruit.

  Ordered an arrangement for pickup. Drove 30 minutes to pick up at 11am. The door was locked, lights off. Spent the next 15-20 min calling the store. No one picked up. I finally left. I called customer service, & was on hold for about 20 min. They told me they contacted the owner of the Fresh Meadows store, who swore that she & staff were at the store. Said owner was instructed to call me. After an hour & a half of waiting & receiving no call, I called back customer service. Spent another 15 min or so on hold. NOW the owner told customer service that not only was she at the store when I came at 11, but she had a sign on the door instructing all customers to call a certain number that would alert employees that I was there, & they’d therefore come out to hand me my order. A number OTHER than the one I had been calling for 20 min? A second number? And the fact that the owner didn’t say this 2 hours earlier, indicated to me that she was (again) lying. The owner finally calls me around 1:45pm (original pick up time: 11am). She says my order’s ready... as if nothing had transpired. I tell her there was no number on the door, & I wanted my order delivered, because I couldn’t come back and drive another 30 min to pick it up. I asked her to hold on a second, & she hung up on me. Lastly, I paid $13.00 for a bunch of balloons, & they never gave me balloons. I’m sure the strawberries weren’t dipped in chocolate either. I’ll have to confirm with my mom. I should have read these horrible reviews beforehand. I ended up sending my cousin to pick it up. Horrible experience. Never again. Owner should be ashamed of herself for lying & not putting customers first. I will most definitely be filing a complaint.

  I placed an order for my mother and sister on Tuesday early for the next day Wednesday for delivery and they did not receive the order. I'm very upset and I had called a few times and was told it will be there before 5pm when i called to follow up again after 6 I was told all orders went out. now when I called to follow up at 7 they are closed so I have to wait till tomorrow to find out what happened to the orders I placed .
