    Very nice store. The customer service people were really great. It's kind of pricey and high-end clothing and footwear. They don't have everything. I believe they should but they say you can order it at the front desk and have it shipped to your house or the store. In my case I got to try on some things and I'm glad I did because I know if I had ordered it from the catalog I would have to return these things. So I feel I save myself a bunch of headaches as far as returns go. On the plus side I feel like I know it. I can order now out of the catalog. Overall, it was a very good experience. LL Bean has been around for a long time because they sell quality products.

    I had such a great experience at the L.L.Bean Fayetteville location! The store was well organized and had such a welcoming atmosphere, but what really made my visit stand out was Katelyn. She was absolutely amazing. Katelyn was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful while I was shopping. She took the time to walk me through different options and even recommended the L.L.Bean credit card, explaining the benefits in a really clear, no-pressure way. The deal was too good to pass up, so I had to indulge. Overall, this was a fantastic shopping experience, and Katelyn’s customer service truly made my visit memorable. I’ll definitely be back!

    L.L. Bean is great! Wonderful selecting of flannels and plaids. Hiking and camping equipment is great. Very impressed by their selection of shoes and boots. I bought a pair of Salomans for the trail. When I’m in the area I just like dropping by, window shopping, and checking out what they have in stock. Definite favorite go to place since we lost Lands End
