- SRSandy RodriguezAug 31, 20251.0Buyers BEWARE after being convinced by the store manager Allie to buy a pair of Ray ban meta sunglasses, the left leg sled off after only 5 days of use. I bring them back and the women immediately say they are broke, I correct them explaining the left leg slide out of position and their product they sold was defect. Ally offers no help aside from reminding me that I did not pay the extra fee for the Sunbum coverage now I know why they push it so hard. I spent $700 D&G glasses and these pair. I was told to contact Rayban for a replacement, the company honored the warranty and replaced them, i call the store again now that I have recieved a brand new pair and request an exchange for the transition and again ALLY says sorry I can’t help you because you didnt by the coverage and its been more than 30days since our purchase. The store is awful I would never spend a cent at any of their locations and their manager can use some serious customer service training!
