  Had a terrible experience there with my mother. We stopped in to look at a skirt and some sneakers. As we walked in we were not greeted at all which ok fine. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I went to take a look at the sneakers and the worker over there looked me straight in the eyes and never acknowledged me or my question about the sizes, she continued to talk to and help a different person shopping who just so happened to be white. While I was doing that my mother went to ask about the skirt at the counter and if they had anymore because we didn’t see any out on the floor. Instead of answering the “yes or no” question she proceeded to say ”we might have one upstairs but I just have to let you know it’s a $300 skirt”. What does that have to do with if you have it or not? Exactly! Absolutely nothing. As if to say don’t make me get the item if you can’t afford it. Girl what? Racially or economically profiling someone as if Lacoste of all places is some over the top high profile store is crazy! I’ve worked in customer service for years and this has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. We immediately walked out after that terrible interaction. Won’t be back at all! You’ve lost a customer for life.

  Horrible customer service, interacted with the salesman who had his pants hanging off his butt, and a woman who claimed to be a manager there. They all have this nonchalant don’t want to be bothered attitude about them. Not a pleasant shopping experience at all. They need to hire better staff. They also refused to give me a military discount. They said Lacoste doesnt do military discounts.

  Came here and bought 2 polo shirts. The sales guy that was working there looked so miserable and felt compelled to assist me in getting the shirt in my size and color that wasn’t on display. Even when he rang me up at the cashier, he just tossed my shirt in the bag unfolded. Lacoste, you need to hire sales associates that actually care about their jobs and customer service.
