  I had a few questions and I proceeded to the gun department. There were three employees having a conversation. Standing right in front of them l waited for them to respond then I waited more. Then the blue haired girl finally said yes can we help you? I asked one of my questions and before I was done she proceeded to interrupt me and pushed me towards customer service. So l turned away and my son told her that l wasn't finished with my questions and she said okay?!? I will never walk in that store again. Walmart has better customer service.

  Bought an item online. Drove 2 hours to get there and store couldn’t give me the item because they let their license expire. I tried to talk to a manger and he basically said oh well. Called 1800 number and they offered me a 10 percent off my next purchase. I asked for a partial refund to cover my expenses in their mistake. They did not care to keep my business. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

  This review is for the firearms department, went to look for gun busters and had a few questions, walked up all the staff members were talking not helping customers at all, 2 men asked about buying ammunition and one worker with a long beard turned around and told them can’t sell anything because of delayed on a background in the store, and turned back around to another worker to go back over what they were showing each other on his phone, rude, unprofessional, no customer service skills whatsoever, we had to ask twice to get there attention on a holster style for a specific gun and only replayed with never heard of it , you can go online. You have 4 people working back there can’t sell guns or ammunition anything with a background check, they can be helping customers with other items on the floor. No to busy shooting the shit and looking on there phones, this has been the second time here we been treated this way and I’m done going here. I wanted to buy a gun last visit and no man back there seemed interested in helping a female out completely treated me like I was invisible, you want ammunition go to up in arms in east Smithfield, there staff doesn’t turn there head away from women and happy to have a warm conversation in anything you need. Either train your people better or get rid of them, that’s why your loosing sales. Look at your camera if you don’t believe me in the evening time.
