- SNshreeeti neupaneMar 9, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Sunglass Hut inside Macy’s. My mom purchased about $600 worth Prada sunglasses along with the sun love insurance. Shortly after purchasing, she realized the frames didn’t suit her face, so I returned to the store to return them for her. The associates insisted there was a scratch on the lenses, even though the glasses had never been worn and I could not see any scratch at all. Multiple employees, along with the manager, claimed they saw one and refused the return. It honestly felt like they were trying to avoid processing it. Customers should be able to make a return without having to deal with unnecessary complications. I then took the same glasses to another Sunglass Hut location, where five different associates inspected them and confirmed there was no scratch. Very disappointed with the service at this location.

I’ve returned a Sunglass, it’s been a month I haven’t received a credit yet. The credit has to be in the original form of payment ( Macys Credit Card ), but no credit. I called Macys credit card they are investigating. Same day I returned a shoe it was already credited on my Macys credit card.
