- AAallisonOct 8, 20251.0My boyfriend called ahead to see if a pair of glasses he had bought could be returned without the original box it came in but in pristine condition with case/accessories— and they said yes. We went in person to do the return, a rude unhappy overweight woman (not “fat-shaming”, just describing her honestly for other customers to be aware of who) assisted him. She was unhelpful and unprofessional, she didn’t check Sunglass Hut’s return policy and refused to refund him without the original box then totally blew us off. We had to travel further out to a location in Manhattan to return the glasses, no problems, no issues, no fuss or questions asked returning whatsoever. It was a fast process as well. Do better Sunglass Hut in Macy's with who you hire.

When we go to return they wipe and make scratch by themselves and later they blame us. That there policy . So this is our first and last experience never go over there. This is the reason we need to look reviews first .
