- SNshreeeti neupane1 day ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Sunglass Hut inside Macy’s. My mom purchased about $600 worth Prada sunglasses along with the sun love insurance. Shortly after purchasing, she realized the frames didn’t suit her face, so I returned to the store to return them for her. The associates insisted there was a scratch on the lenses, even though the glasses had never been worn and I could not see any scratch at all. Multiple employees, along with the manager, claimed they saw one and refused the return. It honestly felt like they were trying to avoid processing it. Customers should be able to make a return without having to deal with unnecessary complications. I then took the same glasses to another Sunglass Hut location, where five different associates inspected them and confirmed there was no scratch. Very disappointed with the service at this location.
- AAallisonOct 8, 20251.0My boyfriend called ahead to see if a pair of glasses he had bought could be returned without the original box it came in but in pristine condition with case/accessories— and they said yes. We went in person to do the return, a rude unhappy overweight woman (not “fat-shaming”, just describing her honestly for other customers to be aware of who) assisted him. She was unhelpful and unprofessional, she didn’t check Sunglass Hut’s return policy and refused to refund him without the original box then totally blew us off. We had to travel further out to a location in Manhattan to return the glasses, no problems, no issues, no fuss or questions asked returning whatsoever. It was a fast process as well. Do better Sunglass Hut in Macy's with who you hire.
- MSMamita ShresthaSep 26, 20251.0Lady staff are very bad . My husband and my husband friend buy 2 pairs of sunglasses . Need to return because handle feel loose.. When we go to return they wipe and make scratch by themselves and later they blame us. That there policy . So this is our first and last experience never go over there. This is the reason we need to look reviews first .
