- MBMajorie BastardoJul 23, 20251.0Been coming here for a while and things have taken a turn for the worse, went into the store for some shoes they didn’t have my size but allowed me to order it online to have it delivered to the store, is been a month no emails nothing phone updates. I have been calling and every employee I talk to has no idea what is going on, I contacted Steve Madden directly and they say the item was delivered accordingly but they seem to not have it in the store, mind you this is the second time this has happened. There’s no communication between employees and nobody cares to check their inventory.
