  Layla was incredible to work with. I've had less than desirable experiences shopping for a Rolex, as not all jewelers want to take you seriously. Layla was attentive and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Beautiful facility, excellent sales people, and of course an amazing watch! I couldn't recommend London Jewelers more.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Layla Bennett at London Jewelers in East Hampton. After being connected and introduced to her through a friend, Layla and I built a wonderful relationship in a matter of minutes. She took her time to ascertain not only my timepiece needs but also learn more about me as an individual. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to help secure my dream Rolex timepiece—something I had hoped for but knew would not be easy to obtain. Layla was knowledgeable, transparent, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and advocating on my behalf every step of the way.   Sierra’s customer service skills, professionalism and expertise is unmatched! I had the very best experience purchasing my first Rolex in East Hampton, all thanks to Sierra. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and comfortable, no pressure at all, just genuine excitement to help me find the right watch. She gave me an amazing tour of their beautiful boutique, inside and out. Sierra took her time walking me through different models, sharing helpful details on each piece that made the process special. She was able to answer any questions I had and was very patient during our meeting, ensuring I walked out confident and in love with my new piece. She’s truly passionate about what she does and cares about making the experience a memorable one.   The new Rolex boutique is absolutely stunning! The space is elegant and welcoming, and Sonya made the entire experience outstanding. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and quick to help us find our desired piece. I highly recommend visiting!
