  Submitted for corporate and HR review because of my visit today. During a recent visit to Alo Dumbo, employees were overheard mocking customers’ bodies in the fitting room area, including comments about who “would fit” into the clothing, accompanied by laughter. These remarks were audible and corroborated by multiple customers, leaving my girlfriend humiliated. Employees also ignored customers on the sales floor, displayed dismissive attitudes, and used unprofessional language openly. Additionally, staff were observed closely monitoring a Black customer who was simply browsing, strongly suggesting racial profiling. These behaviors reflect serious failures in professionalism and management. Immediate investigation, disciplinary action including termination where appropriate, and a management overhaul are necessary before this location can be considered a successful or trustworthy store. Not recommended. I would give this location a 0/5. Do not ever come here to waste your money or time.

  This was my first time buying from ALO, it was almost a disaster due to their online site and store manager, but I decided to go into the store in person and im glad I did. Brandon, an associate there was so helpful and approachable he did everything he could to ensure I received quality service regardless of the poor management he has to work alongside. He was patient, knowledgeable and clearly values EVERY customer. I would definitely shop there again when needed solely due to his preformance.

  Staff is so incredibly nasty and I felt literally racially profiled even though the staff was black. It makes no sense.

  the staff is nice but the store manager is toxic and unhelpful. he should not be in this job or environment. he's got to go.
