  0 stars! Terrible customer service, racially profiling and useless staff. I did a pickup order, staff made up a fake store policy. I called customer service while in store. Rep on the phone said she never heard of such policy & it doesn’t exist. The worker lied about policy. Made me go through hoops & hurdles to get my own stuff. I guess she couldn’t believe the order was mine. Mind you I had everything to confirm it was indeed my order... order #, email ect. She finally gives me my stuff once she hears me on the phone making a complaint. 0/10 do not recommend EVEN IF IT’S ONLINE PICKUP ORDER.

  Horrible experience!!! The employees is so rude and unwelcoming. They treated the white customers with smiles and attention then just let me stand there and barely acknowledged me when I was waiting for my pick up I had to ask for it a couple times .They paid me no mind at all only one bot kept reminding the so called manager and he kept ignoring me with the nastiest attitude I will never go back here ! The manager is disappointing should never be a manager smh just disgusting

  Very rude customer service. Walked into this store on multiple occasions and never have they greeted me with a smile. I buy something every time. But today I regret it more than anything. Taking my money elsewhere. Goodbye forever Alo. Hire employees that welcome customers with kindness please -_-

  Love the clothes, this particular store is always out of items. Service is terrible. Very unprofessional staff.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The staff were unhelpful and came across as rude and dismissive when I asked simple questions. Instead of feeling welcomed as a customer, I felt like I was an inconvenience. Customer service should be a priority, but that clearly wasn’t the case here. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this location to others.
