  I was sincerely grateful for this business and the genuine quality service I received. They made my daughters birthday so incredibly special and went above and beyond with their customer service. ❤️ They took the time to send another order out at no cost to me due to a third party company not delivering my daughters order to the correct address. They called to confirm that she did receive the second shipment making sure it was delivered on her birthday. I'm forever grateful for the genuine quality and care these ladies provided, despite it not being their mistake. Thank you for making her day so special 💗.

  DON'T GO TO DEPEW, NY STORE ! Terrible customer service by owner! I had a huge and expensive order and paid extra for next day delivery. I called to check on why order was not delivered by end of day. I was told no driver. I should not have to chase them down to get what I paid for . I had to pick up & deliver order myself. I asked for owner to call me. I witnessed staff on phone with owner telling her i requested courtesy credit and call back from owner. Owner never called me. That's the worst customer service! You lost the business from me and everyone I know. Plus the items I ordered had all extremely poor quality fruit, did not present well, and were totally not like the pics. I should have canceled the order! Do yourself a favor and go to another location or company!

  This might be the first bad review I have ever written. I placed an order for my niece who was in a terrible car accident from the Depew Store last night. I ordered a $100 bouquet, plus a delivery fee of $5.99, plus a tip of $10.00. I received a voicemail at 7:30 this morning stating that the delivery fee would be an additional $5.99 because of the distance from their store to my niece and that they would not be able to proceed forward unless I called them back. When I called at 8:30 there were two ladies on the phone to which the one said yes we will need to charge you an additional $9.99 and I was like the voicemail said $5.99, the lady in the background jumped in and said quickly, I misspoke, and started to explain the distance and how they are a business, and I said yes I know where your store is, my niece was in a horrible car and I just want this delivered because I’m not there. The one lady said I’m sorry we did not know the circumstances, but her tone was anything but compassionate. They then asked again for the additional $9.99. I said yes and then before I got off the phone I saw they charged the $10.80 and that was it. It was a gross interaction and why didn’t their system allot for the additional mileage if that was the case, and why did the delivery price change between the time they called and the time I called back, and, most importantly, they didn’t know the circumstances, they probably never do, but isn’t that the point of having compassion and being kind with customer service? I’m super disappointed and I can now only hope that what they deliver makes my niece smile, if only for a minute.

  This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I ordered a bouquet from the hospital for my fiancée to pick up and they were so rude to her that she left in tears. Thank you for ruining my Valentine’s Day
