Literally every visit, as soon as I step in and take a few steps, the security guard—who was just standing by the door—suddenly starts following me or hovering around wherever I go in the store. It’s obvious, uncomfortable, and honestly insulting. I’m just there to shop like anyone else. I shouldn’t have to feel watched or judged just because of how I look. Do better. Train your staff and security to treat all customers with respect, not suspicion.
