- AHana herreraOct 29, 20251.0Pésimo servicio! Las dos mujeres que estaban el dia 29 de octubre del 2025 son unas ineptas que no saben tratar al consumidor. Tenían unas gafas en muestra con medida y sin advertencia que daña la visión de los clientes. No supieron dar explicación y tenían mala actitud. Espero que sunglass hut de Tanger outlets se entere qué tipo de personal contrata. Con ese tipo de gente mal educada y con pésima actitud no dan ganas ni de entrar a la tienda. 😤 Terrible service! The two women who were there on October 29, 2025 are inept who do not know how to treat the consumer. They had glasses in sample with measure and without warning that damages the vision of customers. They didn't know how to explain and had a bad attitude. I hope that sunglass hut of Tanger outlets finds out what kind of staff is hired. With that kind of rude people with a terrible attitude, you don't even want to enter the store.

Me and my husband were looking for sunglasses for him as his Christmas gift and our salesperson was Kayla which was super rude towards us ready to give us sunglasses from the sales floor and made a rude comment saying “tell me what you want, I don’t read minds” Worst experience ever!
