We buy a lot of watches from riverhead location and their staff is amazing. If you want to buy Movado go to Riverhead. This was my first time at this location and i wish i never went here.

Even if the item is brand new, they do not accept returns for quality issues, and exchanges are almost impossible since many items are one of a kind. Be cautious about the insurance they offer, as it might not be as they claim. This store has the worst operations and after-sales service I have ever encountered—essentially. This company has taught me a very important lesson.
