- YRYajaira RuizDec 22, 20251.0I would give zero stars if that were an option. I walked in about 10 minutes before closing, and there were still 3–4 customers inside being helped. I was not greeted at all. An employee informed me they could not sell me anything because the store was about to close, which I completely understood and respected—I didn’t want to be the reason they closed late. I politely asked if I could take a quick look around to see whether the specific watch I was looking for was in stock, so I could come back the next morning to purchase it. Instead of a simple yes or no, the employee told me that even if they did have the watch, he would not answer any questions and asked me to leave. The door was still unlocked, other customers were still inside, and the interaction was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. A brief, respectful response would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience completely turned me off from returning.

We buy a lot of watches from riverhead location and their staff is amazing. If you want to buy Movado go to Riverhead. This was my first time at this location and i wish i never went here.
