I went to go ask the girls if one of them could open up a room and one of them responded in a very rude tone “you have to go to American eagle to try them on”. That would have been fine, however it was the way it was said that made me upset. I’ve been to this aerie before and I’ve tried on at AE I don’t mind it as I’ve worked in retail and know how tedious it can be sometimes. However they were also rude to friends of mine who wanted to check out and asked if a register was open. They ended up whispering about my friend not being able to wait right in front of her. This experience has put me off from this specific store. Try to be a bit kinder…
