  Says they close at 8 but they for sure close a lot sooner. Hours of operation need adjusting to reflect.

  We went in for holiday Photos the other night. We were informed upon checking in that they were very understaffed with only one person working, everything. This one person was Rosheeda. She was the most efficient, hard working and kind person we have ever had for photos. She had to play many roles that day to keep appointments flowing in order as they should, all the while keeping people calm with longer wait times. While it was clear she was VERY busy, she managed extremely well and kept her cool all throughout. Great job, Rosheeda! We appreciate you! JC Penny- acknowledgement of her hard work is necessary.

  I ordered amenities for my kitchen to pick them up at this location then after I picked them up I went to my car and one of the packages was damaged in the edge I didn't pay attention right the way brought it back to the store from parking, walking back to the returns the general Manager (John) was there and he told me that I can't return it because he can't sell it back. He told me that I damaged the package! I asked to check the cameras to see what happened! he was rude and unprofessional ... The item has never been opened, and he wants to intimidate me by telling me you can't return it because the box was a little damaged from the edge?! (Is there any policy that's says you can't) You are a Rogue Manager and (FFP) I will never go back again there.

  We Went in there with a small budget, not expecting to be taken seriously. Much to my surprise Dawn didnt treat us any differently from any customer spending thousands. She was attentive, warm and friendly. She stuck to our budget and found us a beautiful ring. Highly recommend a place like this. They were amazing.
