Called left a message, canceled online, called spoke with someone and they were going to have a manager call me back no one called so I called back and was told they could cancel one but when she checked it was already delivered so it was too late. I tried for 4 hours to cancel one of them before it was delivered. I’m extremely frustrated knowing they could have canceled one before it was delivered.

There wasn’t a reason why she didn’t call I was told the at the Owner\ Manager Jessica didn’t call because I wanted my money back. Even though I never asked for money. I simply stated my mother last time never received her card and I wanted to ensure this didn’t happen. I asked about me getting a notification like a picture and I received no call back.

The page rejected my credit card three times but the charges went thru on my credit card. I called and tried to get help and the person I spoke with could not understand anything I was saying. She claimed there was no order in the system. I then called my credit card and requested them not to pay the three charges. I will not purchase from them again. They got one star as I am forced to click on one to post this review
