My daughter has special needs and I added in our reservation that we needed some extra time, the lady working the line was fantastic we felt so welcomed. Santa was great! We didnt feel rushed at all. You get a free copy , but really fair prices (around 25$) for more copies! Well worth it!

Much of the merchandise was on the lower quality side although the low prices somewhat balanced this.

Very dismissive and ignores you as if you’re not the one asking him a question directly. The barrel was staring straight at me. Reconsider your options and try a local store instead.
- SSScott SalisburyOct 28, 20253.0SEE UPDATE at bottom of this post. BassPro won't let you return or exchange crossbows. The manager said "crossbows are different, as soon as you walk out that door, you need to contact the manufacturer directly and deal with them if you have manufacturing issues." In my case a limb on my crossbow is splintering after lightly using it. I wanted to upgrade to a $1,200 crossbow today, but now I won't buy any crossbow from BassPro. Might as well go directly through the dealer or find the best price online. UPDATE: I'm impressed BassPro responded to my review. I e-mailed them at the e-mail they gave me and I'd like to think we are working towards a resolution. I'm updating the stars from 2 to 3 because they reached out to me.

I’ve been in every bass pro/ cabelas in the state and many around the country and this was the only one I’ve really ever been disappointed with. The store itself is tiny, the fishing section is the size of a dicks sporting goods. Their selection in the hunting section is awful. I went there looking for foothold traps and to my surprise they didn’t even have a section for trapping, it’s not even offered. It’s not worth the time to go to this location unless you want to be shoulder to shoulder with people and not find what you’re looking for. Just go to Connecticut, Pennsylvania, or the Utica location.
