- SOstormy orengoMar 24, 20261.0I ordered an edible arrangement for my dad’s birthday and I specifically stated it must be delivered early a.m. for a birthday brunch . Stated no problem. I paid extra for delivery because it was being delivered 40 minutes from the store location. Never was delivered until 5:30 p.m. . I had called the store several times and was told at 1:00 p.m that it was picked up by a third party for delivery ( why isn’t this stated when taking the order)?so my order sat in someone’s car for 4 1/2 hours? I will never order again , absolutely the poorest customer service

Called left a message, canceled online, called spoke with someone and they were going to have a manager call me back no one called so I called back and was told they could cancel one but when she checked it was already delivered so it was too late. I tried for 4 hours to cancel one of them before it was delivered. I’m extremely frustrated knowing they could have canceled one before it was delivered.
