  We recently visited Bass Pro Shops looking for new camping and hiking gear. The store itself is beautiful—very well laid out with a great selection of quality items. That said, the customer service left a lot to be desired. We were greeted by several employees as we walked around, but no one actually asked if we needed help finding anything or offered guidance. At one point, we tried to ask an employee a question, but he was already walking away and didn’t stop. It’s a shame because the store has so much potential, but the experience felt like we were interrupting staff rather than being welcomed as customers.

  For a chain outdoor store this place does really good job. Their prices are comparative. They have a fantastic staff who always go out of their way to make you feel welcome. As well as being very knowledgeable about all the outdoor gear you're looking for. Yes you could buy on Amazon but you're not going to get the quality of service you do at Bass pro shops.

  Absolutely atrocious customer service. I came in expecting help and was completely ignored. Staff seemed uninterested and untrained. When I finally got someone’s attention, they were rude and rushed me like I was a bother. This is not what you expect from a major retailer like Bass Pro Shops. I won’t be coming back.

  Cool & beautiful store! Mike in hunting was a fountain of knowledge and really helpful. Makes me want to come here for all related things!

  It's beautiful. It has everything. You can even get your fishing license there. Its very clean. People are pleasant. I got there about 1:00 pm and we had to go around the parking lot 3 times to find a spot to park. But I was worth it
