  I had a great experience here with a client services member named Paul. He was super welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable while not being pushy or hovering which is a hard balance I’m sure. He followed up after and super happy with my purchases.

  Tive uma experiência extremamente desagradável nesta loja. Fui muito mal atendida desde o início. A loja estava praticamente vazia, mas mesmo assim mantêm clientes esperando em fila do lado de fora, o que já demonstra falta de respeito. Ao perguntar sobre preços e possíveis descontos, a vendedora respondeu de forma extremamente grosseira, questionando por que eu estava perguntando sobre desconto, como se fosse algo inadequado. A abordagem foi arrogante, mal educada e totalmente incompatível com o padrão de atendimento esperado de uma marca desse nível. O atendimento foi frio, desrespeitoso e constrangedor. Uma experiência decepcionante que não condiz com o posicionamento da marca.

  I’ve been coming to this location for years and have always had good experiences. As a Black shopper, consistency, comfort, and service matter to me, and this store has generally delivered. Woodbury is not new, the recent social-media hype has shifted the atmosphere and taken away from what made it enjoyable. Exposure can help business, but too much of it can also work against the experience.
