  I have problem about missing order I ordered 2 Hoody but I received just one so I called back to the store to follow up for a few days staff at the store pick up asking the detail, said they’re gonna investigating and they cannot get me back but no one reply me back until I talk to Sheila she picked up the phone, asking the detail start checking modern checking she so attentive investigating follow up more than that. She keep update me everything all the time until we found out one of the hoodie that missing they refunded the money to account more over help to order for that hoodie again she’s so nice and very high professional to make customer satisfaction thank you Sheila I’m really appreciate your help the best sale representative. Shout to Sheila. U the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Leo gave me excellent customer service. No other associate even acknowledged our presence when we went to the store two times. We were unsure of the jacket we were purchasing for my son because of sizing. However both times he greeted us with a smile and even talked to us about signing up for a coupon. Both times he was the only one to offer assistance. He gave exceptional support and encouragement for us to make this purchase. If it hadn’t been for him I would’ve put a negative star to be honest. Thank you Leo! Purchase was made today 11/09/25.
