Exceptional shopping at Woodbury but ruined by a deceptive kiosk (Straight Ahead Beauty) My fiancé and I had an overall wonderful shopping day at Woodbury Common Premium Outlets. We spent a significant amount of money and had truly exceptional experiences especially at TAG,Jimmy Choo and Ugg (despite the crowds) where the service was impeccable and professional—exactly what we expected from a premium outlet of this caliber. It is usually our favorite shopping destination. However, this great experience was completely tarnished by a transaction at the Straight Ahead Beauty kiosk. We were shocked to find such mediocre and predatory sales practices in the middle of these luxury stores. The salesperson performed a demonstration with a high-quality professional tool but sold me a non-conforming, inferior model (ProGlider 1.0 instead of 2.0). Despite my specific questions, I was sold a product with no functional temperature control and incompatible plugs for France. To make matters worse, their "No Refund" policy was never disclosed before the transaction. I have already filed a formal report with the Federal Trade Commission. I am deeply disappointed that a prestigious mall like Woodbury allows deceptive vendors to target loyal customers. I strongly hope the Management will intervene to resolve this. Such a great day shouldn't end with being scammed at a kiosk…

We have been shopping at Woodbury Commons for years and have seen it evolve from its original state to the sprawling mega outlet that it is now. The mix of stores is impressive with lower end and extreme higher end and everything in between. I've never had trouble parking for free but you may have to walk a small way but it's really no big deal. They have paid lockers if you need to secure belongings etc. There is a transportation center which is where the numerous tour busses pick up and drop people off. There is pretty much every type of mall fast food that you can imagine as well as some stand alone restaurants. For travelers, there are many kiosks and stores that sell luggage for you to put your purchase in. It's not abnormal to see people purchase 5-10 pairs of shoes and then buy a suitcase and sit on a bench in the public area and remove the shoes from the boxes and put them in the suitcase. The public areas are very nice and clean and there are tons of bathrooms throughout the property. Now the prices.... It all depends on the store. Some stores are 40-60 percent off. Others are 20 percent off. Some stores offer nothing off the price and claim they offer "outlet prices" which is little or nothing off the regular price. If you are a savvy shopper you can find great deals there because they do exist. Many stores have clearance areas where you can get amazing deals. All in all of you have never been, it's worth a trip to the commons. It may be your one and only trip but you will likely be hooked and makeamy trips there.

I went to LIDS, No wonder this store has such a bad review but I wanted to see by myself, I live in New York and I decided to go to exchange a hat and I went because may be there would be a lot of variety of hats, I arrived at the place and found that they leave you outside, in the cold weather because i supposedly have to wait for two customers to leave before i could get in; Second, the girl who helped me told me that the hat had already been purchased for 32 days and today was the 30th, since I bought it on Nov 28 and I wanted to make the exchange today, Dec 28, she argued with me that it had already been 32 days, then she argued with me that 31 days had passed, i just said "Miss, it's only been 30 days, please count the days" and then the young man with braids arrived and told me that technically 30 days and two hours had passed, sarcastically and that he couldn't do anything anymore, that he couldn't make the exchange for me, with a mockery on his face, I have a membership with this store, I have countless hats, I never thought that this attention was going to be so bad, I feel so helpless, mocked and also disappointed with this pair of guys, I was going to buy two more hats for my familiy and I lost the desire immediately, I hope these guys are given training on how to better serve your customers.

Woodbury Common Premium Outlets is a fantastic destination for anyone who loves premium brands and serious outlet deals, and it just keeps getting better with the addition of Canada Goose. Brand variety • The center offers an unbeatable mix of luxury and popular labels, from Balenciaga, Prada, Saint Laurent, and Moncler to everyday favorites like Nike, Lululemon, and New Balance. • With Canada Goose now open on site, the selection of high-end outerwear and performance fashion is even stronger, making it a true one-stop shop for premium shopping Shopping experience • The outlet is well organized into districts, with clear signage and guest services like currency exchange, rest areas, and food options that make a full day of shopping comfortable • Opening hours are long and consistent across most days, so it is easy to plan a visit from New York City or nearby suburbs without feeling rushed. Prices and tax notes • Discounts on designer and premium brands can be very attractive compared with regular retail, especially when combining outlet pricing with seasonal promotions. • One downside for international visitors is that there is no sales tax refund program in New York, so foreigners cannot claim tax back at the end of their trip, although clothing under 110 USD is not taxed. Overall impression • For travelers and locals who enjoy outlet shopping, Woodbury Common is absolutely worth the trip, especially if you are hunting for outerwear and luxury fashion at reduced prices. • The sheer brand variety, now highlighted by a dedicated Canada Goose store, easily outweighs the lack of a formal tax refund for foreign shoppers.
