  Store is amazing has great products for great prices. One employee Eric was the absolute best helping with whatever he could and he just made the experience so much better

  I purchased both the racket and strings directly from this Wilson store and was told the stringing would take around 1 hour. Instead, I was forced to wait nearly 3 hours. No clear communication, no update, and no apology. If the store is busy, customers should be told the real waiting time, not a false promise. I planned my schedule based on what I was told and ended up wasting a big part of my day. Very disappointing experience, especially considering I spent my money here. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location.

  Perfect stop for any sports lover! Wilson Outlet has awesome deals on tennis, golf, and activewear. Staff were professional and the store is bright, organized, and easy to shop. Highly recommend!

  WIlson is becoming one of my favorite clothing stores. The clothing is very well made, has a classic understated style and a nice selection of items. So when i visited Woodbury and saw a Wilson store I was very excited. The store EXCEEDED expectations. Lots of really nice, significantly discounted items and a diverse array of them at that. I wear XXL and it is usually difficult to find alot of items in one store but Wilson had so many nice items in my size i had to calm myself down!!! lol. AND the customer service was top notch. I wanted something in a certain size, two people were helping my find it. I saw that one item i chose had some dirt/dust on it and they immediately sprung into action to find me a replacement. I dont write many reviews but sometimes an experience is so over the top that i am compelled to crack open the laptop and start typing. Joan/a, who i believe is the store's manager is providing high end luxury level management service. i honestly cant wait to go back.
