    I had an exceptional experience working with Jeremy over the phone. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patientand took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Even though we never met in person, Jeremy provided a truly peak sales experience. He was proactive in checking inventory and exploring different options, and what really stood out was how he sent me photos of everything he thought I might like. His attention to detail and thoughtful approach made it easy for me to make informed choices from a distance. Jeremy also followed up with updates on merchandise availability and took real initiative throughout the entire process. His professionalism, communication, and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful shopping experience into a seamless and enjoyable one.     I need to acknowledge Jessica. I called the store to get information on the product that's at this store and did not get an answer. A full day went by I am getting a call by an out or state number. It was Jessica at this location calling me back and said that they had got a miss call. I am blown away by this because normally I would not get a call back. I told Jessica why I called and she inform me that they are having a president day sale and to take advantage of the sale that's going on. She sent me videos and photos of some styles I might like. She also sent me kids pairs and I ended up buying 5 shorts for me and my children without ever stepping foot into the store! I come from a hospitality and service back ground and let me tell you Jessica is the absolutely standard. I am extremely blown away by the customer service and just how professional she is! 5/5 stars! I will be shopping with her again!
