We came to the shop twice, and on our second visit we were advised to withdraw cash instead — something we didn’t want to do because there is a $10 withdrawal fee. When we finally did it and came back, the sales assistant told us, “Right after you left, the card machine started working again. But you can still pay in cash.” When we explained that we had just paid the extra fee because of their advice, she became unfriendly, packed everything quickly, and let us pay without any gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the service was uncooperative and quite unfriendly. Very disappointing.

The person who appeared to be the manager immediately told me they could sell me the display piece and said the price was $130. I hadn’t even asked for the price at that point, I didn’t know how the jacket would fit or whether I even liked the style on me. I mentioned that the display jacket didn’t look like my size, and she offered to check in the back for a L. When she returned, she said the only size available was a medium. I told her that a medium definitely wouldn’t fit me, and in response, she rolled her eyes. At that point, I didn’t want to continue shopping in the store and chose to leave since the attitude I encountered felt unprofessional and totally unfit for someone dealing with customers.

Besides the store was out of internet and they weren’t taking any type of card payments in the store and we had to go for cash to buy a pair of sneakers. The manager in charge gave a hard time to give me the VIP discount in the store. She did not know how to guide me to provide her the coupon and the entire time she was so mean and impatient. I had a hard time trying to find the coupon, which she could easily just honore it because she didn’t need a barcode to scan, she just wanted to make my experience worst in the store.
