We were three separate customers, each trying to buy the same jacket with separate payments. The manager Christina refused to let us purchase the jackets. She kept saying we were a “group,” even after we explained multiple times that we were buying individually. She even told me: • “You can buy other clothes or hoodies, but not jackets.” This felt very unfair, unprofessional, and discriminatory. We were treated differently for no valid reason, and the whole experience was uncomfortable. I hope the corporate team reviews this behavior because customers should not be treated this way

We generally buy quite a lot of items, as most of it used daily for work, so she gets through a decent amount. We found everything we needed, we were very happy with the quality, choice, styles, etc etc The only thing that ruined the day, was one sales person who was extremely rude. My wife was searching through each stack of folded items, looking for her size. We were doing so with the minimum fuss, and leaving each stack as tidily as possible. However, we soon noticed a sales assistant was "shadowing" us, and tidying every stack to the "nth degree". After the fourth or fifth item my wife placed in the bag, he almost shoved into me, trying to get to the stack of clothes and very loudly said "REALLY!! MORE??" I ignored this comment, as a mixture of shock, surprise, left me unsure as to whether I'd heard what I did... but two minutes later, I was left in no doubt. My wife started to search through a stack of jumpers, for her size, and one of the other jumpers become unfolded, so my wife placed it back on the top of the pile. This time, the assistant rudely stood in between us, and re-folded the jumper while looking directly at my wife, he said "Thanks for that, any more??" He's lucky I was a tourist in another country, is all I can say!!! I didn't note his name, but it's not how I expect staff to behave. This was barely 2hrs after opening, and he's talking to customers im such a manner. My score of THREE is made up of a combination of FIVE for the store, and ONE for the staff. Must do better!!
