  Pésima atención. A pesar de que iba con la intención de comprar una maleta, no me sentí atendida en ningún momento. Nadie se acercó a ayudarme y, cuando pregunté, la respuesta fue seca y sin ningún tipo de interés. Se trata de una marca de prestigio y finalmente compré la maleta únicamente porque la necesitaba y ya iba decidida a hacerlo, no por la atención recibida. Considero que en cualquier otro establecimiento ofrecen un mejor servicio al cliente.

  If you're looking for customer service, don't bother coming here. You won't find it. The staff seem to have mastered the art of ignoring customers while looking annoyed that anyone dared to ask a question. I asked about different luggage options and got the kind of half-hearted, eye-rolling responses you'd expect if I were interrupting their break instead of, you know, trying to spend money. For a brand like Samsonite, you'd think customer service might matter. Not at this location. Here, it seems like the motto is "We're not happy until you're not happy." If you enjoy being treated like nuisance instead of a customer, this is the store for you.

  Very poor customer service and bad communication skills , salesman busy on the mobile phone and became upset when asked about a product
