  Long time ago, pre-covid, their customer service was top notch. If you needed something, sales rep knew right away. You were greeted in walking into the store. They had great sales and discounts. Post covid, customer service is non existent. I've visited this store many times these past 5 years. Every time, except once, the store is practically empty, with max 3 customers. Frequently, there's more salespeople than customers in the store. Despite this, we're never greeted, they either talk amongst themselves or look at their phones, or (the most awkward) is when they stare at us as we're browsing. Multiple times, I feel daggers shooting at the back of my head. With certain other kind of people, they are very welcoming and helpful 🤔. The last time I visited this store was beginning of 2025. Unless they have a big sale (which i haven't seen since pre-covid times), I will NOT waste my time going into this store again. There's never mention of any sales or promotions. Maybe they don't have any, which makes more sense, since the store is always empty and the same items are always in their clearance section. Honestly, I'm surprised this store is still running. The 1 🌟 is for the quality leather goods (shoes, bags, clothes) they carry. Site itself is brightly lit. A little too bright, in my opinion. Customer service is 0.
