- ZFZ FNov 28, 20253.0I recently purchased a watch at the Mavado Store, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Oscar was extremely unprofessional—he rushed through the process, was dismissive, and when his behavior was addressed, he stated that he was too tired and asked for someone else to take over so he could move on to the next customer. This was completely unacceptable and left a very negative impression. On the other hand, Anaya was helpful, pleasant, and professional throughout the interaction. She provided the level of customer service one would expect from a brand like Mavado. Overall, the experience was mixed, but Oscar’s behavior made the visit far less positive than it should have been.

I call the place that I got it from they tell me to call another place and then that place tells me to call another place and then they tell me to send them my purchase order to see if I qualify for the free links program and that was a month ago, still haven’t heard anything and it’s too late to return the watch. It’s not very professional the way they do business when all I need is two links so I can get my local jeweler to put the links on for me. Crazy. Will not be buying from them again or telling my friends not to either.
