I call the place that I got it from they tell me to call another place and then that place tells me to call another place and then they tell me to send them my purchase order to see if I qualify for the free links program and that was a month ago, still haven’t heard anything and it’s too late to return the watch. It’s not very professional the way they do business when all I need is two links so I can get my local jeweler to put the links on for me. Crazy. Will not be buying from them again or telling my friends not to either.
