  had the best experience ever at the Marc Jacobs store! I brought my daughter in for her 18th birthday so she could pick out a bag, and the service was truly exceptional. We worked with the store manager , I believe her name was Dana and she was absolutely amazing. She made us feel so welcomed and genuinely cared about making this moment special. She really helped turn this into an exciting and memorable experience for my daughter. This was such a meaningful milestone, and Dana made it unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this store!

  This is a long overdue review! But last week my friend and I went into Marc Jacobs without a clue of what we were going to purchase! George was so helpful and so caring on making sure all of our questions and getting the prices was all in order. He was very kind enough to help me set up a Marc Jacobs account as well! These are the little interactions that make a customer feel wanted in the store. Thank you George for all you do and thank you Marc for my new bag ❤️. Highly recommend this store to others !

  We like this store, people are nice no one is pushing or rushing you! However, Briana or Diana (couldn’t read the name tag right) was unwelcoming, and had an attitude!! She identified herself as the store manager! Sorry to leave an average review.
