  Usually have a pleasant experience here but I was undecided about a coat was told I could decide later and the SA would reach out via text which he did but then he just stopped responding, the coat was sold but he mentioned they might restock but that was it, even after I followed up. Larry probably has been there for a while because he's always there when we visit and in person he's very friendly but I've never been ghosted by an SA. I get it can be busy but a text reply shouldn't take that long. Update: he got a restock and reached out almost a week later
