- DHDarilyn HerringtonMar 2, 20261.0I never ever complain about a business. If I am not satisfied I just don’t go back. My daughter asks for chocolate covered strawberries every year for her birthday. I always get them from Edible Arrangements. This year was a big disappointment. When I walked into the store it looked like it was closing. All the refrigerators were empty and there wasn’t a sales person in sight. I called to the back a few times, waited about 5 minutes and finally someone came from the back of the store. I ordered a dozen dark chocolate strawberries and a Dubai strawberry cup. I paid about 65.00 for those 2 items. The quality of the strawberries are terrible. Some of them are so tiny. This will be the very last time I ever order from Edible Arrangements. Would you ever pay 65.00 for this?
- SPS PFeb 26, 20264.0I posted a review yesterday which I deleted. Although I did have a problem with my order, I have to say the owner spoke with me about it and made it right. I appreciated his response and resolve. Sometimes it’s more about how things are handled than about the original issue.

Dirver told me he would come back but never did try calling there office no one answered or return phone call. I called and was told i was going get a refund but never happen this location is a joke

I was at a retirement party for my grandma that I left because this gift was important. I called back minutes later to say Id Be there at 6:03 To be told that I waited too long and the other orders are time sensitive. However, being that my order was placed to be picked up at 6:30 same day pick up because it was time sensitive. I’m just not sure. This is treated appropriately As I was told, I could be there at six I probably would’ve made it but calling back 15 minutes into my drive to find out the store is already closed was not appreciated by any means
