They looked at the earrings and agreed that they were not clasping well and were easy to loose. I purchased a new pair of diamond hops at this jeweler and was given a great price and confident of the quality Thank you !

They sat down and went through the mall and even asked me about any other watches that they could work on. I have my grandfather‘s Omega, which hasn’t worked in maybe 20 years They were so nice saying if I brought it in they would try and they found somebody that would service the watch can hardly wait to see it working.

The staff was very reassuring and I put alot of trust in them with this very important piece. The ring is gorgeous! Alot of happy tears were shed.
