- DDDEBRAILAOct 27, 20253.0I’ve been visiting this DSW location for years, and it used to be one of the best — clean, well-organized, and pleasant to shop in. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. The store felt somewhat unmanaged: many shoe boxes were mismatched, with pairs missing or containing two shoes for the same foot. Certain sizes, like 9½, were nowhere to be found. The staff seemed disengaged and hard to locate. When approached, some appeared irritated or unwilling to assist. One employee arranging shoes was handling boxes quite roughly, creating unnecessary noise during store hours. At the entrance, a greeter politely said “good morning,” which was a nice touch, but beyond that, the overall atmosphere lacked coordination and customer care. Only one or two cash registers were open, leading to long waits. I truly hope management takes note — this store has great potential and used to set a much higher standard. With better organization and staff engagement, it could easily return to being a 5-star experience.

AND WHEN YOU ORDER ONLINE, ODDS ARE THEY WILL HAVE THE SHOES OR BAGS OR SOCKS YOU ARE ORDERING IN STOCK FOR IMMEDIATE PICK UP! I got my sins back pack here for the start of 7 th grade and I researched online Nike back packs and the Nike xl back pack was almost $10 cheaper here then at kohls or macys or dicks sporting goods!!! And it was available for pick up in 1 hour!! Can’t beat that!!
